Hi, I'm Luke.
Luke Williams is a marketing and communications leader who pairs creative storytelling with analytics to build brand, content, and digital campaigns that move metrics. He currently serves as Associate Director of Digital Marketing & Media for the Office of Graduate & Executive Education in Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
Across roles at Virginia Tech — leading marketing for Housing and Residence Life, the Center for Business Analytics, and now Pamplin's Office of Graduate & Executive Education — Williams has built a practice grounded in three things: data, brand, and the integrated execution that translates strategy into measurable growth. During his tenure leading graduate enrollment marketing at the Center for Business Analytics, average social impressions grew 173%, web traffic climbed 106%, and submitted master's applications doubled, contributing to a 90% increase in enrolled students. Williams founded Day for Data, an annual symposium that draws 300+ attendees from academia, industry, and government — now in its fifth year and one of the region's premier academic gatherings for analytics thought leadership.
In his current role, Williams leads integrated marketing across Pamplin's full graduate business portfolio. He oversees brand strategy, digital campaigns, web content, paid media, and demand generation — connecting audiences to the experiences and brands they're seeking.
Williams is a lifelong New River Valley resident, a 2024 recipient of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40 award, and a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA). He has spent his career at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, motivated by the belief that great products deserve great marketing.
